Public Lighting Maintenance
We undertake all types of outdoor lighting installations including Amenity, Decorative, Car Parks, High Mast and Public Street Lighting as well as Area Floodlighting and Sports Facilities.
PME Maintenance's exterior lighting maintenance service caters for both high-level and low level exterior lighting for retail parks, industrial parks, business parks and shopping centres.
As we operate out own fleet of vehicle-mounted access platforms, our maintenance contracts include free access equipment (up to 14 metres, subject to survey).
Decorative lighting
PME Maintenance is able to provide you with "off the shelf" decorative lighting, and we can help you to create and implement an entire lighting scheme if so required.
We also provide Install, Take Down, Secure Storage, and Refurbishment services for small or large schemes as well as anchor testing and certification to British Standards.

Lamp disposal
In light of the requirements of the 2004 UK Landfill Directive and the new Hazardous Waste Regulations, end of life gas discharge lamps now need to be handled differently. Appreciating this key change in the law, we work closely with our lamp suppliers, which provides a total solution for all four categories of hazardous lamp waste.
We are fully compliant with the regulations that require companies in England and Wales to maintain records of lamp disposal as of July 16th 2006, and to submit them to the Environment Agency (EA) every three months.
"WEEE" Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment; we comply fully with the legal requirements of the 2004 UK land fill directive and the WEEE directive.
