New Installations

Inspection and Testing to BS7671
The maximum recommended period between inspections on domestic dwellings is 10 years. For some premises the interval can be less. It is not just older installations that need to be checked as many properties change owners frequently and are subject to DIY additions, or work carried out by non-competent persons. Properties over 20 years old can have inadequate earthing and bonding or circuit protection.
